I wish to apply for the position of Debt Collection Call Centre Operator, as advertised on Craigslist on October 3, 2014.

I am an excellent oral and verbal communicator, and am seeking a new position where I can take on responsibility and demonstrate my true potential. I am available for all the stated shifts.

Having worked as a receptionist in the past, I have great phone manners. Further, from working at Escea Services, I have experience providing courtesy calls about products and resolving customer concerns and issues. Through that position, I picked up many useful skills in how to engage people, negotiate, and remain calm, patient and focused while seeking a positive outcome. I think that these skills will be of tremendous benefit in this role.

People often describe me as extremely hardworking. I am also known for always being on time and working well with others. My previous supervisor, Angela Whittenbury at Escea said, “Michelle takes instructions well, but also uses her own initiative. She is a team player and has always gotten on well with colleagues and management.”
