It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for the Regional Manager for Electrical Services position. Knowing this position focuses on providing leadership and oversight of day-to-day operational activities as well as experience in project planning, scheduling and coordinating electrical work, I feel that my background in global electrical engineering and energy operations make me the perfect fit for the role. After a period of international travel, I have relocated to Texas and am available to begin work at any time.
My experience managing all aspects of field construction projects of $37+ million in scope including preparation of cost estimates, development of engineering design, and managing field staff, all while delivering on-time and under budget has prepared me well to take on this role. I also have a demonstrated commitment to safety in engineering design by achieving 365 days incident-free on 2 rigs.
I understand that this position requires involvement in all parts of the electrical design and development process including working with a multi-disciplinary project team. As it relates to these qualifications, I have solid professional background in the energy industry encompassing 5+ years hands-on experience supporting capital projects and field operations management; track record of successfully performing project/ site management; and strict adherence to statutory requirements with “safety first” mindset and “lead by example” style.
Through my combination of leadership and engineering skills, I am confident I can bring added value to 3S Services in the Regional Manager role.
