Phlebotomist Cover Letter

The cover letter below is that of a phlebotomist.  The applicant practiced outside of the healthcare system for a while, but expressed his interest in going back and providing patient services.  In the second paragraph of the cover letter, he listed a few of his qualifications, including EKG, telemetry, assessing vital signs and maintaining charts, all this done with compassion, diligence and dedication.  The last paragraph of the cover letter referenced his resume and asked for the opportunity to elaborate on his qualifications.
