My background in relation to this role includes invaluable experience as a college Admissions Advisor and Student Advisor with Ohio Central College. I believe my work experience and thorough understanding of anticipating and addressing the needs of each individual student perfectly align with this position.          

During my time as an Admissions Advisor, I developed exceptional customer service skills and an expertise in assessing student needs to appropriately advise them during the admissions process. I also utilized outstanding time management skills to meet tight deadlines to continually achieve department goals with admission rates. Having spent the most recent 3 years working as a Student Advisor, I have received training in all facets of financial aid and curriculum advising, and have attended multiple workshops on coaching and leadership. I have been recognized by both students and campus leadership for my willingness to go above and beyond to anticipate and resolve any student issues. Along with this, I fully understand the importance of constant communication between all departments to ensure student needs are met in the most timely and appropriate manner possible.
