Pipeline Engineer (2001 – Present)

  • Coordinated multiple electrical and engineering projects as Project Lead to ensure on-time, within budget completion; responsibility encompassed team and contractor oversight, project development, consultation research, documentation, submission and approval, design, scheduling, and construction.
  • Logged ~12,000 on-site contractor hours incident and injury free throughout tenure as pipeline engineer.
  • Reduced costs for company and customers on various projects with combined actual savings of ~$150K and potential savings of ~$650K through continuous collaboration with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Performed ~88 job safety observations in 2003 versus required 24 observations per year.

  • Completed BOP Butadiene and Propane system SCADA upgrade safely and on-time.
  • Automated product proving and delivery, and converted 21 valves into MOVs at delivery terminal within all time and budget constraints; resulted in improved operational efficiency.

Electrical Design Engineer (1998 – 2000)

  • Served as Electrical Design Advisor for installation of Noltex meter site for new ethylene service customer.
  • Directed safe completion of BPU Butylene SCADA upgrade in conjunction with OMNI Y2K project.
  • Spearheaded creation of New Hire folder system encompassing all general and technical information specific to Electrical Services group to assist new electrical hires in assimilation to new position.
